Managing Director - Mark Miller

Mark has over 18 years experience in the building and construction industry. He understands civil infrastructure building design, construction and maintenance. His interest in energy efficient housing grew in the late 1990s and developed in to a passion and an expertise that he was keen to use to help others. Mark formed the business in early 2004 after an extensive period of research, training and development.

As an experienced construction project manager and civil engineer Mark has worked on many and various projects from $10k to $100m. This solid background has assisted Mark to appreciate all the issues facing consumers and various players within the industry.

Mark has held senior management positions within a number of major companies within the construction industry with the likes of Boral, Thiess and John Hollands as well as significant water industry experience with the Water Authority of WA and a major UK engineering consultant.

Mark's areas of interest and expertise are:

• Civil & building infrastructure project management, design, construction & maintenance.

• Home site planning, layout and design.
• Site works planning, costing and construction.
• Energy ratings (SEAV accredited 1 st Rate).

Mark has a number of relevant qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Honours.
• Master of Engineering Science (Project Management).
• HIA accredited Greensmart Building Professional.
• SEAV accredited Energy Rater.
• Fully trained in all four GreenPlumber training programs.
• Numerous building industry training courses.

Admin Assistant - Leanne Miller

Leanne provides a wide range of administrative and customer service functions and provides valuable support for the business. Down to earth, friendly, practical and environmentally conscious, Leanne is happy to assist clients in any way she can.

With her background in nursing, education and as a mother, Leanne brings many valued and respected attributes to the business.

EnviroSmart Living has a close relationship with a few experienced and reliable Greenplumbers. Our Greenplumbers are fully trained and specialise in the installation of a broad range of environmentally smart and efficient appliances and systems. We also have access to an extensive network of other experienced and reliable specialist subcontractors and suppliers that can be called upon to provide detailed technical and installation services. They also competitively price and undertake works for clients when EnviroSmart Living provides a full project management service.

EnviroSmart Living is fully independent from all products, suppliers or contractors it may recommend. No commissions of any kind are received from any products, suppliers or contractors.

This independence is important for clients. You can be assured our advice and recommendations are only what we truly believe is best for the client in their specific situation and without bias of any kind.
